Delivery Information
UK Orders:
- Standard delivery is free for all orders.
- Orders over £100 are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day service. Orders under £100 are sent using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery which is a 2-3 day service. Orders under £100 can upgrade to Express Next Day delivery for £6.
- Orders are processed within 48 hours, upon which you will receive an email confirmation of the order and receipt for your payment. For engagement and wedding rings, see below.
- Orders are dispatched within 3 working days. In the unlikely event of any delay, we will contact you with a more accurate delivery date.
- Upon dispatch you will receive an email with the tracking number and details of the delivery day. All orders need to be signed for, so please make sure you enter the delivery address where someone will be available to accept the delivery. If you are not in when the delivery is made, a card will be left for you to make arrangements to collect the order from a local collection depot or to arrange another delivery date.
Orders outside UK:
The order process is the same as for the UK. All overseas orders are sent via Royal Mail 'Airsure' which is a tracked service and delivery will be within 7-10 days of dispatch. If you require your order more quickly, we are able to send via FedEx for an additional £50, which will guarentee delivery within 1-2 days (usually next day)
Engagement & Wedding rings:
- All CRED engagement and wedding rings are made to order. The stones for the enagement rings are unique and therefore we will contact you on receipt of your order with an exact price before processing the payment.
- Estimated delivery time for wedding rings is 4 weeks, and for engagement rings is 6-8 weeks. If you need your rings within a certain time frame, please contact us.
Returns & Exchanges
At CRED we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. However if you need to return an item please read our returns policy below…
Defective items:
You can return items if they are defective. Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. Please see 'To return an item' below for details of how to return defective items to us.
Delivery charges:
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you.
To return an item:
To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories. Then send the package to:

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancelling an item:
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, consumers have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of goods (within seven working days of delivery - provided they are then returned to us in their unopened form).
To cancel this contract, please write a letter giving the reason for cancelling within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. Please package the relevant item securely and send it with the cancellation letter to
CRED Jewellery. 41 South Street, Chichester, West Sussex PO19 1EL, United Kingdom.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.

International Customers
Ordering, Dispatch & Delivery
The order process is the same for international and UK based customers. All orders are processed within 48 hours and collections dispatched within 3 working days. For engagement and wedding rings, which are made to order, we will contact you either by email or phone to finalise the order and give you an estimated delivery date.
Delivery is currently free of charge. All overseas orders are sent via Royal Mail 'Airsure' which is a tracked service and delivery will be within 5-7 days of dispatch. If you require your order more quickly, we are able to send via FedEx for the cost of £50, which will guarentee delivery within 1-2 days (usually next day)
We often have customers visiting from abroad for appointments to view collections or discuss bespoke designs in our London studio. The studio is easily accessible by public transport from all London airports, especially Stanstead & London City Airport. Contact us to make an appointment.
VAT charges
Online orders posted to customers outside the EU will not be charged VAT. If you visit us from outside the EU and purchase the jewellery to take back, we will give you a form to be stamped at border control. We then refund the VAT (20%) to you once we receive this stamped form.
EU customers will be charged VAT.
