Here at CRED we believe in good old-fashioned customer service. We know that buying the perfect engagement ring for your loved one takes time, information and reassurance. We appreciate that buying designer necklace that is just right for you might take a fitting or two. And, because we care about the ethics of our jewellery, we know that our customers like to hear the stories behind each piece.

We believe that the best way to buy jewellery is face to face, sitting round a table (preferably with a cup of tea). Our passionate and trained staff are ready to meet with you and to discuss your jewellery needs. Our London Studio and Chichester Boutique are intimate environments, created specifically to provide a reassuring and comfortable place to showcase our stunning designs.

While we would love to be able to meet all our customers face-to-face, we know only too well that passion for jewellery with ethical credibility isn't limited to the English. We have years of experience in dealing with orders and enquiries from all over the world, from European neighbours to places as far flung as Hong Kong and Arkansas. While we are happy for customers to buy directly through the website, we pride ourselves in being able to give time to every enquiry via telephone and email.
