Living a couple of hundred miles north of both CRED stores, I have been in contact through telephone and email, and the customer service is second to none. All the staff I've dealt with have been friendly, approachable, and above all, helpful. They also did an outstanding job with a resize, after I ordered a size too big. I personally was pleased to find a such a nice ring in fair trade white gold.  Since, and it sounds like a cliche, the only blood I want on my hands is that of a consenting opponent. We buy fair trade coffee, chocolate, olive oil etc etc and make ethical choices where we can, and since the rings are something we wear to remind us of our happiness together, its nice to be able to do it without even the hint of a guilty conscience.
